Delivery

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days of your order being placed. Processing may take longer over the Christmas period. On occasion, we need further information from you before we can dispatch your order.  All communication will be done by email, so do keep an eye out for updates.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: 3-5 business days

Europe & the rest of the world: 10-14 business days

We'll do our best to meet these dispatch estimates but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose and the courier's service. Due to Brexit, there may also be increased delays in some countries due to additional customs processes.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Returned items should be unused and must be returned to us in their original packaging in a saleable condition with any enclosed documentation. We may, at our discretion, make an administration charge to offset the cost of order processing and handling charges incurred up to a maximum of 10% of the original order value. We will issue a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned item, excluding the original delivery charge and any administration charge. In cases where the item has been purchased with free carriage, the actual cost of the delivery charged to us by the courier will be deducted. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
