International Orders

Customs and import taxes

International orders are subject to your national tax rates and import duties upon delivery of your order. By checking out and paying for your order, you are agreeing to pay all duties and taxes levied to the relevant authorities for this transaction. Should the parcel be returned to Crafty Llama Ltd. because the duties and taxes have not been paid or you have chosen to reject the order,  you agree to pay all charges that may be incurred. The outstanding fees will be deducted from the initial payment prior to any refund, if applicable.
